The idea of creating the holiday home was born in 2017 thanks to my commitment together with that of Aunt Monica, we have completely repainted and re-furnished it. We have recycled the bedroom furniture and made it shabby. Within a few months I published it on a worldwide site, such as "AirBnb" and the following morning, the first bookings were already made and after less I reached the maximum level, SUPERHOST !!!
Villa Stella is located in Imperia and is a three-room apartment on the first floor of an independent villa with garden. It was born for only two people, today I have expanded it to six beds: two in the double bedroom, four in the living room with two additional beds and the new double sofa bed.
Villa Stella holiday home is recently built, five minutes by car from the first beaches of Imperia, just three minutes from the city center and forty minutes from the mountains. Sea view and surrounded by green hills. Sunny and very quiet area. It consists of an entrance into a large living room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. All the rooms apart from the bathroom which has a normal window, have French windows that open onto the terrace / garden that surrounds the whole house.
Up to four free parking spaces and WiFi are available in the property.
Under the porch of the terrace you can spend time in the shade and enjoy the air that constantly reigns supreme. In the garden you will find deckchairs for sunbathing, accompanied by an umbrella and a table. On the other side, on the back, you can find the barbecue for grilling in company, a table with benches to eat in comfort!
Upon your arrival you will find complete sets of towels for everyone, in the bathroom hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, mat for the shower and toilet.
In the master bedroom you have the air conditioner, which costs € 10 per stay separately. For long ones or after exceeding the € 10, the electricity consumption will be calculated at your departure. (€ / KWh 0.065)
The kitchen is equipped with every utensil, there is also an electric oven, microwave oven, moka and Lavazza coffee machine.
In the living room LED satellite TV, decoder and DVD player.
As for the winter months, the heating will be turned on about six hours a day and will have an additional cost. For long stays, above the month, it will cost € 45.
